Huiyang Technology Group Construction Bank: Together we go to mountains and rivers, unite as one

During busy work breaks, in order to relax employees and enhance team cohesion, the company organized an unforgettable two-day team building trip to Laojun Mountain, Chasing Dreams Valley, and Zhaigou.

On the first day of departure, just as dawn broke, we met at the gathering point with excitement, singing and laughing all the way to Laojun Mountain. As soon as we arrived at the scenic area, the towering and magnificent scenery came into view, and everyone couldn’t wait to take the cableway up the mountain. Outside the cable car, shrouded in clouds and mist, a hint of coolness swept over, and everyone seemed to have stepped into a misty fairyland, with cries of amazement echoing one after another.

The next morning, I arrived at Dream Chasing Valley. Strolling along the winding boardwalk, the stream in the valley murmurs and is clear to the bottom, with small waterfalls cascading continuously and splashing water. The mountains and forests on both sides are lush and verdant, and the clear chirping of birds can be heard from time to time, like a beautiful melody played by nature. As everyone strolled and shared interesting life stories, the distance between each other quietly narrowed.

After getting off the cable car, we embarked on a grand climb. The mountain road is rugged, and some people are exhausted. Teammates take the initiative to help and discuss the route together when encountering a fork in the road. When night falls upon reaching the Golden Summit, it emits a sacred light under the illumination of the lights. The mountain breeze brushes gently, as if the whispers of time can be heard, beautiful to the depths of the soul.

In the afternoon, we arrived at Zhaigou. The towering peaks, dense and deep forests, and fresh air instantly dispel the fatigue of work. Everyone moved in groups of three or two along the winding mountain road. Arriving at the mountaintop, overlooking the surroundings, the beautiful scenery was in full view, and a sense of accomplishment surged in my heart.

This team building not only allowed us to appreciate the natural scenery, but also deepened our trust in each other through our interactions. Conquering mountains and exploring valleys together has become the most shining moment in the team’s memory, inspiring us to work together and climb new heights in our future endeavors.
